ENCOURAGE

ENCOURAGING OTHERS

At some point in life everyone needs a encouragement.  No one lives a perfect life.  There are challenges, trials and tribulations, alone with the happy and joyful times.

What a gift it is when there is someone in our life who encourages us through these times.   It's a gift that is meant to be passed on.

One of the best ways I've found to reach out and encourage others is simply by sending them an unexpected card investing in their heart by telling them that you care about what they are going through.

Do you ever struggle with words when someone comes to mind who you know needs encouraging?

Don't let that stop you from reaching out.

A phone call, a hug, an unexpected card — whatever you feel led to do, you will not regret acting out on those feelings you have to reach out to someone.

This is a place where you can come and find encouragement.

For many years, I had the privilege of having a special friend in my life who was my prayer warrior.  There was nothing that I could not share with this friend in confidence and I knew that her relationship with God was strong, and thus she taught me how much God cares about us, even the little things.   i.e. — even a lost checkbook showed up after she taught me to pray about ALL things.

I just want to make sure you  know how much God cares about all of YOUR concerns, big or little .. it doesn't matter.  If you don't have a prayer warrior in your life, you can be assured that God hears your prayers and wants to have a special relationships with you.

He also sends friends in our lives to be prayer warriors and teaches us how to love and encourage others in the same way.

Thanks so much for the comment, Danny. I love that Scripture verse as well… I have several that I know God reminds me of each day, that He is always there. Praying that things are going better for you. Do you have any team members in the area at all? I work part-time but would be happy to chat with you sometime. I get to Ames now and then to visit family & friends so maybe we could have a cup of coffee together. I’ll stay in touch. Bless you for how you are making a difference
